Effingham Noon Rotarians learned about how a local family and one of their family members dealt with mental health difficulties during a recent meeting.

Lisa Strullmyer of the Family Mental Health Support office shared about her family, but also about the help available through the office.

The office is located in downtown Effingham at 202 North Banker Street, and is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week between 10am and 2pm. Everyone is welcome to stop by to get help with mental health resources, to check out their inspiration library, play a game, or to just relax in a friendly environment.

Amanda McKay served as Rotary weekly program chairman.
