Culver's Opening Delayed Today

Today's opening at Culver's Frozen Custard and Butterburgers in Effingham is being delayed due to work related to the Fayette Avenue construction project.

The work necessitated shutting off the water service to the restaurant.

Culver's hopes to be open by 1pm today.
