Effingham Noon Rotarians were front and center July 13 for a presentation by Effingham Performance Center Executive Director Kim Jansen.

Jansen recited the struggles of the EPC during the pandemic when crowds couldn't gather, but also shared about the comeback of the venue to where it is in one of the best situations financially it's been. She also dropped hints about the 2022-2023 season, which is to be announced in the next few weeks.

Jansen also reminded that the EPC is operated by Arts Connection of Central Illinois, a non-profit group designed to bring entertainment to Effingham but also to make opportunities available to young performers and to open the theater to local productions and events.

Jansen is seen with four of the ACCI Board members. Shown (LEFT TO RIGHT) are Steve Seymour, Tonya Siner, Jansen, Dr. Ruben Boyajian and Tom Henderson.
