Effingham Noon Rotary Club celebrated its 2022 Changeover Day on Wednesday.

Each year, a new person is sworn in to serve as Club President from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. Sworn in Wednesday to serve the 2022-2023 term was Ashley Dillingham. Dillingham serves as head of the Wound Care Department at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital.
