Teutopolis Village Board members Wednesday voted to pay $29,321.18 to Siemer Milling Company from Tax Increment Financing district funds.
The Board also decided to form a TIF Advisory Board to provide input to the Village as to how funds should be allocated.
The Board discussed purchasing a vac truck for the village, but tabled the issue until next month, and also decided against a $500 contribution to Effingham Noon Rotary for the Effingham 4th of July fireworks display at this time.
Board members also awarded a bid of $81,708.05 for street maintenance materials, and approved an emergency purchase of an air compressor by Village Foreman Carl Pals.
