Task Force members and Salem police Tuesday executed a narcotics search warrant and Lyday and Purcell were arrested. Lyday and Purcell were each charged with delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and operation of a drug involved premises. Each count is a Class X felony punishable by mandatory imprisonment.
