Unit 40 Announces Start of School Schedule

Effingham Community Unit #40 School District has announced the Opening Days Schedule for the 2021-22 school year.

Wednesday, August 25th is the first day of attendance for students. Buses will run.

Here is the schedule, by building:

Effingham High School--August 25--7:45am to 2pm; August 26--7:45am to 2pm; August 27--7:45am to 2pm; August 30--7:45am to 3pm

Effingham Junior High School--August 25--8am to 2pm; August 26--8am to 2pm; August 27--8am to 2pm; August 30--8am to 3pm

Central Grade School--August 25--8am to 2pm; August 26--8am to 2pm; August 27--8am to 2pm; August 30--8am to 3pm

South Side School--August 25--students will attend with their parents; August 26--8:15am to 2pm; August 27--8:15am to 2pm; August 30--8:15am to 3pm

ELC Kindergarten--August 25--students will attend with their parents; August 26--students will attend with their parents; August 27--students will attend on their own from 8:15am to 2pm; August 30--8:15am to 3pm

East Side Preschool--August 25--students will attend with their parents; August 26--students will attend on their own--AM Session--8:15 to 10:50am; PM Session--12:10 to 2pm; August 27--students will attend on their own--AM Session--8:15 to 10:50am; PM Session--12:10 to 2pm; August 30--AM Session--8:15 to 10:50am; PM Session--12:10 to 2:50pm
