Convicted murderer Christopher Glass was to be sentenced Tuesday, but the hearing has been delayed.

Judge Christopher Matoush continued the hearing until August 16. The Court is waiting for transcripts on a motion to suppress, as well as a motion for acquittal and for a new trial for Glass.

Glass was found guilty on May 27 of the April 2020 shooting death of Kimberly Mattingly. He was also found guilty of concealment of homicidal death for helping bury Mattingly's body in a rural area near Beecher City, and of aggravated battery with a firearm.
