Effingham County 4-H held the annual 4-H Public Speaking Contest at the Effingham Library.
Winners were:
Best of Show Ribbon Formal Speech: Sophie Long
Best of Show Ribbon Illustrated Speech: Emma Beckman
Champion Public Speaking Beginner: Sophia Long
Champion Public Speaking Intermediate: Joni Beckman
Champion Public Speaking Advanced: Emma Beckman
State Fair Winners were:
Emma Beckman, Joni Beckman and Sophia Long.
