Dolores Herboth Morris, age 69, of Bradley, formerly of Effingham, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019 at her home.
She was born May 26, 1949 in Effingham, the daughter of Louis & Dorothy (Rieman) Herboth. Dolores married Johney Morris on May 23, 1970 at the Baptist Church in Kankakee. Dolores enjoyed sewing, bowling, and crossword puzzles. She loved baking cakes. Dolores loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Anthony Church in Effingham.
Surviving are her husband, Johney Morris; one son and daughter-in-law, Johnnie & Melanie Morris of St. Anne; two daughters and one son-in-law, Annette & Scott Clyden in Kankakee and April Morales of Bradley; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; nine sisters and seven brothers-in-law, Joan Eggers of Effingham, Louise & Tom Nuxoll of Effingham, Jeanette & Allen Barr of Effingham, Kathy & Mike McGuire of Edgewood, Becky & Jake Adams of Effingham, Dottie & Paul Hawker of Hazel Dell, Marti & Gary Breer of Teutopolis, Mindy Sayne of Bloomington, and Paula & Randy Strunk of Effingham; and four brothers and four sisters-in-law, Don & JoAnn Herboth of Altamont, Carl & Inge Herboth of Altamont, Francis & Marsha Herboth of Watson, and Mike & Rose Herboth of Ellington, MO.
Dolores is preceded in death by her parents; one son, James Morris; and two brothers, David Herboth and Joe Herboth.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service on Saturday, February 9 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Kankakee Valley.
