The Wayne County Sheriff's Office has located a Wayne City High School student missing since Wednesday afternoon.
Seventeen-year-old Risten D. Kell reportedly failed to return home from school. The youth was seen walking away from a school bus as it returned to the school at approximately 2:40pm Wednesday.
Wayne County deputies Thursday made contact with Risten, who indicated he is safely with a parent and made his family aware of his location.
