A ribbon cutting and Open House is planned Wednesday for the new occupants of the former Helen Matthes Library.

Community Opportunities are the owners of the building at 4th and Market. The facility has been renovated and will serve as the home of CEFS Head Start.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 11am, with the Open House to follow until 6pm.
